User Profiles
AsianDating is an okay dating site, but not the best one out there. The user profiles are public and anyone can view them without having to sign up for a membership. You have the option of setting a custom bio if you wish, so that’s nice! Location info in each profile was pretty accurate – though it does appear possible to hide your location from other users if desired. Unfortunately I didn’t find any indication of how far away another user might be from me which would have been useful information when browsing through potential matches.
As with most online dating sites these days, AsianDating offers premium memberships which come with some extra perks such as higher visibility on search results and more advanced messaging options (like sending virtual gifts). Whether or not those benefits make it worth paying for really depends on what kind of experience you’re looking for while using this site – so just keep that in mind before shelling out cash!
I did encounter quite a few fake profiles during my time testing AsianDating; they were easy enough to spot due to their lack of detail and generic bios/photos but still annoying nonetheless since they took up space better used by real people looking for love (or whatever else). All-in-all though I wouldn’t say this website is bad per se; sure there’s room improvement here & there but overall its got decent features at least compared against some other similar websites out there right now.
