Well, if you’re looking for a Christian dating site that will leave you feeling anything but blessed then look no further than ChristianConnection. It’s not exactly the holy grail of online dating sites and it certainly didn’t get me any closer to finding my soulmate!
The profiles on this website are public so anyone can view them without having an account. You can add some basic information about yourself in your profile such as height, body type etc., but there is no option to set a custom bio which I found really disappointing. The location info is also visible in each user’s profile and unfortunately there isn’t any way to hide it – great news for stalkers everywhere! Plus, even though they do include distance between users on their search page results (which was nice), when viewing individual profiles there doesn’t seem to be any indication of how far away someone lives from you – kinda defeating the purpose don’t ya think?
When I signed up for premium membership thinking maybe that would give me access to more features or better matches…I felt like all I got was ripped off because nothing changed at all apart from being able take advantage of some discounts with partner companies who offer things like relationship counseling services…not exactly what most people have in mind when signing up for an online dating service right?!
Another thing worth mentioning is that while testing out the site during my review period, quite frankly I encountered several fake accounts/profiles which made me feel pretty uncomfortable knowing other members were potentially getting scammed by these ‘catfish’. All-in-all ChristianConnection left much too be desired; its lacklustre design combined with limited options make this one best avoided unless desperate times call for desperate measures…but hey just saying!!

ChristianConnection is a dating site that promises to help Christian singles find love, but its design and usability leave much to be desired. From the moment you enter the website, it’s obvious that this isn’t exactly cutting-edge when it comes to web design. The colors are drab and outdated – think faded blues and grays with an occasional splash of pink thrown in for good measure – which makes navigating through pages feel like a chore rather than something enjoyable or exciting.
The layout doesn’t do anything special either; everything looks so generic as if they just threw some stock images together without any thought given towards creating something unique or memorable. Even worse, there aren’t many features available on the free version of ChristianConnection; most require you to upgrade your account before being able access them properly – talk about false advertising!
When it comes down to usability though, things don’t get much better unfortunately: even after spending time getting used to how everything works (which took me longer than I care admit), using certain functions still felt clunky at best – not what one would expect from such an established online dating platform! There were also moments where I had difficulty finding specific information due largely in part because their search function wasn’t very intuitive nor was there enough visual cues throughout each page helping users navigate more easily around different sections of the website… ughhh!!
Overall then my experience with ChristianConnection left me feeling less than impressed: while upgrading may give you access improved UI/UX elements such as more interactive profiles etc., these improvements weren’t really worth paying extra money for considering all other aspects remained relatively unchanged despite having gone through several updates over recent years.. All-in-all this site could use some serious TLC if they want people coming back anytime soon!

Sure, you can create an account and browse the website for potential matches without paying anything – but if you want to actually get in touch with anyone, then it’s time to whip out your wallet! To be honest, their pricing plans are far from competitive; they’re pretty steep compared to other sites.
For starters, there’s no basic membership plan – so if you don’t pay up front for one of their subscription packages (which range from 1 month all the way up to 12 months), then your options will remain limited. On top of this expensive setup fee comes additional charges such as “premium features” which cost extra money too…and let me tell ya: these premium features aren’t worth shelling out cash for!
