If you’re looking for support from ThaiKisses, don’t hold your breath. I had the misfortune of trying to get help a couple of times and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The response time is glacial at best – if they ever respond at all!
To be fair, there is an FAQ page on their website that may answer some basic questions about how to use the site or its features but anything more complex than that will require you to contact customer service directly… which isn’t really much better than banging your head against a brick wall!
I reached out twice with two different issues: once because my account wasn’t working properly and another time when I couldn’t find someone’s profile after we’d been messaging back-and-forth for days. In both cases, not only did it take forever (we’re talking weeks) before getting any kind of reply – when one finally came through it didn’t even address either issue in full detail so basically amounted to no help whatsoever! It felt like dealing with robots who just copy/paste canned responses without taking into consideration what each individual user might need assistance with specifically. Talk about frustrating… ughhh!!
